Eunice Owusu Nyarko

Farm Manager – Livestock and Animal Department, AGONABA Farms

Eunice Owusu Nyarko is the dedicated Farm Manager in charge of the Livestock and Animal Department at AGONABA Farms. With a strong academic foundation and over 16 years of leadership experience, Eunice brings unmatched expertise, discipline, and innovation to the development of our animal production systems.

She holds a degree from the prestigious Open University of Malaysia and has served with distinction as a District Director of the National Service Scheme in Ghana. During her tenure, she mentored hundreds of young professionals, while simultaneously nurturing a growing passion for agriculture—particularly livestock farming. Her transition from public service to full-time agriculture reflects her deep-seated commitment to food security, women’s empowerment, and agribusiness development.

At AGONABA Farms, Eunice leads a dynamic team of veterinary officers, livestock technicians, and animal handlers. Under her guidance, the department has expanded its operations in goat, sheep, cattle, poultry, and snail production—focusing on quality breeding, animal health management, and sustainable feed practices. She is passionate about turning AGONABA Farms into Ghana’s leading hub for healthy, affordable meat and protein sources, and is actively building market linkages with processors, butchers, and institutions.

Eunice is not only results-driven but also people-focused. She believes in capacity building and ensures continuous training for farm staff, particularly women and youth, creating jobs and building resilience in rural communities.

Her leadership has positioned AGONABA Farms as a rising model in integrated animal agriculture, and her vision continues to inspire the growth of our livestock sector—one animal, one family, and one community at a time.
